Well, this is embarrassing. I don't know how I missed it, but there was already an upgrade for a 2016. You did find a few functions that the previous upgrade didn't have, so that's good, but the work you did could have been much less if I had only noticed. I posted your file also, since it has more functions. BTW the other upgrade shows EFC 235 as GoTo.
The EFC pattern you're seeing is mostly a consequence of the encryption (XORs, bitwise complements and bit shifts) that UEI uses. If instead you look at the EFCs that you found and convert then to OBCs (the function numbers that the design engineers would have been working with), the numbers run from 0 to 31, and 64 to 95. So two groups of 32 OBCs. If I had noticed, your searching couldhave been considerably reduced. Sorry!
