If the items were bought "New" there should be a dealer associated with them.

You need a Control4 Account. You need a "Dealer" assigned to the account. Most of what you need can be done with Control4 Foresight remote access. As long as you can get everything set up on your network and have an always on internet connection the stuff that needs human interaction is usually easy to talk someone through.

Without someone willing to give you direction(IE> Someone getting paid to help) you are probably going to wind up with a bunch of paperweights.
