Actually, if the Sonos is a speaker level out, you might want to take that into one of the Russound Compoint intercom devices. That has an amp for the speakers, a priority activated a/v, and a door station. Customer's friend shows up and mashes the door, and this will interupt sonos and insert chime tone. If sonos is not on, same result.
