How do I convert Composer to SB? I am not a composer user :).
Just install Prodigy Composer, open up the composer file and it should open directly to Prodigy Composer. Go to the FINISH tab and check the box (if still there) to "edit in system builder", from there, when you click finish it compiles the system and opens to System Builder.
This is usually the longest process for me.
