I tried an eight-bay UHF antenna on Canal lake, northeast of you, and got a fuzzy TVO on ch. 19. My guess is that you will not get any digitals in Beaverton. For analog I use a "flying saucer" style 22" disk on a 40' mast and amp. About seven channels come in clearly. The omni directional reception of the disk eliminates the need for a rotor.
