I'm also only, or was levele 1 certified and now I can't access the site were I'm supose to download my softwares from. I paid €1100 for my TSU9600 model, and now I can't use the latest software without giving the remote to a local dealer. I want to do things for myself. And the closest delaer is located 200km from me. Should i drive there, get it program, go home test and if it's working, than go back to reprogram? What a shame Philips. Sorry I was about to buy at least one more remote for the home theater room and maybe the the new wall mount for my outdoor installation.
