Maybe, but if you go to the registration page, you can see that there is a field there where you must get a registration code from either your distributor or reseller. I suspect that if your distributor/reseller will supply this, you should be able to register.
I don't know how the rest of you registered on the pro area of the site, but I know that when I registered (2008) I had to wait for my distributor to send the authorisation to Philips.
But I must say I'm a bit disappointed with the deployment of the new site. Why deploy only a front end, that is of little use, when the most significant part - the pro area is not finished yet? I mean the same front end info was on the previous site, and maybe they could have waited until everything was done.
