Yes, that is indeed the latest version that does not have the issue. I am running 2 RFX9600's with latest extender firmware and one TSU9600 with latest firmware (bedroom with config imported to PEPv2) and one with 7.1.21 firmware (living room with config remaining in PEPv1).
