I suspect that at least part of the problem was that the code set I got was incorrect, even though it said it was the Code 58 set.

Your codes worked fine - even at the default duration. They are also about the shortest I've seen! I think there is all sorts of extra cruft in many of the ones that I'm using, but I'm not at a point where I can correct them.

Now all I have to do is get some time to work on this and get it all configured. Working at a boarding school that has an extensive summer program doesn't tend to allow a lot of free time at this time of year. :-} I've got around 350 staff members to generate ID cards for this weekend and 1800 kids to generate the cards for the following weekend. Hopefully I'll get some time soon to work on this though.
