Have been using an MX-810 for a long, long time. Problem is they are getting scarce to find and the software/supported devices no longer gets updates from URC. In addition, it's one of the few bits of software I still need W7 to run and I'd like to get rid of that as well. Added a Roku to the system a while back, but can't use the MX to control it, so now have use 2 remotes & I hate the Roku device.

Was hoping to get another URC device but that's out since they no longer allow sellers to provide consumers with the software like Surf Remote used to do.

Want to stick with something similar to the MX (activity based). System is one room only and mostly older gear (Samsung Plasma, Spectrum DVR, Roku, JVC Receiver & VCR, Sony DVD).

Looking to keep it under $400 if possible.
