I purchased a used 2006 RV that has a built-in combination AM/FM radio, CD player and clock. The only information on this unit is the model number which is QX-3701. I think it is a Quest brand. There is a 'remote sensor' on the face of the unit. I don't have the remote control unit for it.
I tried to program a Sony RM-VL600 remote in the 'learning mode' and it would turn the radio off (not the main power) and that was all during the scan.
The RV dealer is of no help on this-- it is too old.
I haven't had any luck in finding any information on this brand of unit.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can obtain a remote control for this.

Look at the user manuals here.  The QX-3202 looks to be very similar, and one can buy remotes for it.  

Possible replacement remote.

My remote is broken now and the model printed on the remote is erased.

How to do i find the specification, it a magic remote of lg.

Do i have to call the customer service?

Which model are you controlling? You may have some luck searching for “MODEL XYZ remote control”. Compare a picture of the remote with your broken remote.
