Go with the RM-AX4000.

Loved the Harmony 1000 until it broke. Logitech tech spt couldn't fix it via phone, and Logitech offers no repair service. But was offered 50% off next Logitech purchase. Needless to say I will not recommend a remote in which the company doesn't offer repair svc on a high priced product - and yes, I consider $300 for a URC high priced... Sorry, I can't offer any insight on the other remote. Good luck. LCS
