Check the owner's manual. That's where it is for other Sharp panels. That is if they really have serial control.

Is it on or off when you try to control it? There are certain ones that require you to shut off the green features and such and also send an RS232 code to allow you to turn the TV on after you shut it off. RSPW1/r

@ chicagoinstaller, There are some spaces after RSPW1.. If you use a decent terminal you get a response that it works.
