I've recently installed a ws13a for control of flourscent fixtures, I can turn off the units, but cannot turn them on using active home. I've tried changing the defination of the units but nothing seems to work. I can see the codes being sent, but no luck with the units turning on. I've been unsuccessful with four different units on different codes.

I've also run into trouble in controlling units on a circuit with an arc breaker, when I swap the breaker the problem moves to the circuit we're the offending breaker is installed. Any suggestions?
