I have an XPS3 switch connected to a couple of slaves. Mechanically it works, but under remote control, when the switch is turned 'on', it "bounces" and immediately turns 'off'. I suspect that there is something wrong with the switch, but I thought I'd ask to see if anyone else has encountered this problem, and how it got fixed.
