The Pronto is just a remote, all they can do is control things that can be controlled by IR

X-10 devices just use your electrical whirring to send and receive signals.

¿Necesito modificar mi instalacion electrica?

depends what you want to do some things just use a normal plugs like or you might want to replace some switches and sockets like.

to control your X-10 devices you need an IR7243 (European version of IR1543)

My intention is to use it for 6 halogenous lights in the roof and 4 in the walls in my home theather that I am building. Although I believe that in in my city, Valencia (SPAIN) it will be almost impossible to buy it, so it will be for internet.
And thank you to answer so soon

Solo necesitas poner un módulo X10 por cada zona de iluminación que quieras controlar + un receptor IR para poder controlar los X10 con el mando Pronto
