We have an RTI XP-6 controller. We recently changed internet providers and redid the network at our business. The XP-6 has a hard-coded IP address. I need to reset it to use DHCP to get it on the new network then tie a fixed IP address to the XP-6 MAC Address. Anyone know how to reset the XP-6 to DHCP without Integration Designer? Thanks, |

You will need a dealer with software or you can contact RTI and they should correct it for you with remote in.
