Hello, I'm new in this forum. I'm trying to help my father in law with his T2+ remote. We want to change the receiver that does not work but we cannot reprogram the T2+ remote. The remote is missing the "computer link" icon so I cannot transfer any files between the remote and the computer. Any idea?
thx.

RTI is a product that is sold and programmed by professional integrators. The software is protected and considered dealer only.
That being said, where did you get the remote? Who programmed it the first time? I would recommend calling them... if they are not around, tell us where you are (in the country) and maybe one of us can offer our services to you.
It sounds like you might have an older T2 remote. Looks similar to the T2+... but the case is darker in color and a bit bulkier.
