my heart sank when i went home to find these forums. two guys approached me at a gas station in pearland. i went home, hooked them up, and they're not too bad. they only got me for $140 so i just see it as a bad investment. i still wish i would have got their plates though. ob la di, ob la da. life goes on.

I had the same thing happen to me with the "wonderful" L6 deal. Two white guys in a new black f150 (FL license plates), said it was the bosses truck. They approched me at a stop light on hwy 6 near clay road. i pulled over and they showed me the magazine with the $2500.00 L6 in it. I didnt have any cash, but they accepted a check in the amount of $200.00. The check was made out to the driver who did all the talking. His name was Rob Sullivan. I also have the license plate number of the truck at my other house. I immediately called the bank and put a stop payment on the check. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!

L6 SCAM! Last week i was on Hwy 6 just passed clay road headed towards I-10. Two young white guys in a black f-150 ask me if i wanted to buy the L6 at the light. We pulled over and i decided it was a hell of a deal, considering the magazine price of $2500. I did not have any cash and was not going to go to an ATM. The guys finally agreed to accepted a check for $200 bucks. I wrote the check out to the guy driving the truck, ROB SULLIVAN. I immediately called the bank and put a stop payment on the check. The truck had Flordia license plates. BEWARE OF THESE IDIOTS!

I had the same experience in League City the plate (V27RLR) comes back to a UNITED AUDIO DISTRIBUTORS 15255 GULF FRWY #124-C HOUSTON ,TX 77034
2003 Dodge Durango. They also have a 2003 GMC Truck under UNITED AUDIO GROUP same address.
