I had trouble finding a long S-Video cable so I made my own with parts from Radio Shack. All you need is a soldering iron.
A 30-ft spool of cable is $20 and the ends are $5 each. A challenge to solder, but it works like a charm.

I like the ones from www.partsexpress.com, mentioned above. They have some very reasonably priced cables which are good quality without going overboard on cost.
