Oops sorry about that. I am using the Sony AV3000. I have CD1 and CD2 working. The remote that came with my receiver Sony 935 has a setting for the CD3.

I wasn't aware there was a CD3, but assuming your CD is working and so is your receiver's remote, why not just learn the codes?
