Just bought a RM-V60 Universal remote from Sony. Now it controls my Sanyo VCR RCA DSS reciever and TV. But wont program for the Sony HT-DDW740 Reciever ?? Man its made for Sony whats up with this ??

That remote model is at least 5 years-old. Newer Sony stereoes are using a new code, that the newest sony remote on the market, the vl-1000 doesn't even know. You can get a learning remote, like the vl-1000 and teach it.sorry.
