Where can I get a new remote for the Sony STR-D911 Receiver (and maybe for the Sony DVP-CX850D DVD player? Anyone know?

If you need 100% of the original functions, take a look at buying one of the factory original remotes from a Sony Sevice Center (for big $$$ however).
