Hi,
I have a sony AV2100T remote controller, however my Sony Home Surround STR-DE545 is not working with it.
Does anyone have the codes for this device ?

Is that a brand new receiver? If so, you need to set the receiver to AV1 mode (it comes by default in AV2).
