Does anybody know if the 3000 has codes for the W60 Ultimate TV receiver? The original remote was damaged and can not be used for programming. Before I purchase a 3000, I want to know if it has codes preprogrammed.

It has DSS & it has TiVo, but I don't know how combined the two are or whether Sony's TiVo & UTV codes are the same.

The Sony utv uses the basic dss code, but adds commands for transport keys,myshows,pip, home, and such. The Sony DTivo, uses the same basic dss code for its default code, but its transport commands are different from the utv. Does av3000 have all the utv codes you'll need, that I can't tell you.
