I just bought a STR-DE985 receiver and I can't follow the instructions for the remote and neither can the guys at Crutchfield. The remote is a RM-PG411, I can't get it to turn my TV(Zenith) off (or on). I have no problem with any other remote I have turning this set off/on.
I need a phone number for Sony ... maybe they can help.
