Can anyone help with the remote code for a Samsung HD931 DVD player. The DVD player is newer than the Sony AV3000 remote manual and my remote just doesn't want to learn, at least from me. Thanks.

Have you tried code 0014? If it doesn't work you will have to teach from original remote, if you have it. What do you mean when you say your remote doesn't want to learn? Will it not learn from anything or just from the Samsung remote? What steps are you taking to get to the learning mode, and what does the screen look like when you get there?

Yes I have tried 0014. I was hoping that it would get all of the commands with one code. Learning does just one command at a time. I have the on-off, but the DVD controls live moving through scenes, stop, start, play, pause, etc are not the same twice in a row.
I believe my problem is more that the top of the line Samsung DVD player's remote is junk. I was hoping that the AV 3000 could step in and be as elegant as it is for the balance of my components.
