I have Sony HD100 with remote rm-y808 and Sont T60 with remote rm-y809. Both receivers are in same room. I need the remotes to only control one receiver. Now each remote controls both receivers.

Does the T60 have an alternate code set? (Some PVRs do.) If not, your only choice is to buy an wired IR routing system where you tell a control box which device you want to control.
Sort of silly that a HDTV DSS receiver would have the exact same codes as a PVR DSS receiver, since they're more different than they are the same.
