Hi this is my first time on this forum.I have received a lot of useful information on this site,but have a question in regards to my receiver and remote.I have read the manual in regards to the on screen feature of this receiver but cannot get it to work.I have an RCA television which is stereo pumping into the receiver the TV/SAT input with no luck .I have also tried to move the video cable to the monitor input with no luck.Tried using the remote to access the same.Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The way your post reads, the signal path is fom the TV to the Receiver, but to see the on-screen display of the receiver, the signal needs to go from the Receiver(monitor out) to a input of the TV.

It probably needs to be a composite cable (yell0w)
s-video usually doesnt show onscreen.

why have a nice system if you cant operate it, program the remote the right way the FIRST time! |
