Does anyone know of an easy solution other than leaning each function for a new Advent HD monitor with the RM-VL900? Also trying for a new Phillips DVD and will try the codes supplied in the AV component section.

If the codes don't work, the whole point of the remote is that you CAN learn those commands. It's not hard.
