Dropped it off couch and broke screen and internals rattling. I have been told that it is an unrepairable item but Sony Service Centre in Glasgow want £25 to tell my insurers this.
Insurers say they will be happy to take something on headed note-paper to confirm said damage.
I also have £50 excess, therefore looking to keep costs down.
Can anyone help on this 100% genuine insurance claim?
