Shortly after purchasing one of the initial 4000's I returned it due to known software glitches. Last week I purchased another 4000 then spent the next 6 hours setting it up. With the programing completed I then compared the 4000 to my Harmony 880. I was sorely disappointed. Basically it boils down to this, the effort to program the 4000 is excessive with the resulting functionality inferior to the Harmony 880.
