Cannot program RM-V302 (DVD function) to operate (even to only turn on) Go Video DVP950 dvd player; no code even on code search. Is this just not possible with the V302?

If you tried ALL of the DVD codes listed in the code list and none worked, and the search revealed nothing, and the 302 is not a learning remote, I am afraid that it will not be possible to control the Go Video DVD function. There is a code for Go Video VCR; does this code do anything with the DVD?
