1st question:
I would like to erase 1 lcd button from a learned command. I mistakenly learned the wrong command for my Input mode on the amp. I cant figure out how to erase just that 1 lcd button.
EDIT: I figured this out. Thanks!

2nd Question:
Would like to set up 2 macros, and honestly, I find them quite confusing.
One would be to power up the tv, the amp and the STB.
Second would be to power down the TV, the Amp, as I would more or likley have switched to DVD or shut off the STB already.
Only thing i see that is not normal is that my tv needs to have the power button pressed twice in order to shut it off. (2nd power off to confirm i would like to shut off the tv)

Any help would be appreciated. I have learned a lot from reading the posts here and I thank you in advance.

Edit:
Just thought of something else.
When I press Volume Up/Volume down. I have to keep hitting it in order to raise/lower volume. Is there a way to make it so that when I hold Volume Up/Down It raises or lowers the volume until i let go of the button?

Thanks Again.

Macro question. In the off macro, just put the power command in twice. If your tv needs a slight delay between each press of the power button, you can insert a timer button press between the two power commands. Each press of the timer button will delay the next command about 1 second, and will not do anything else.

1st macro-tv component button, power, amp component, power, stb, power
2nd macro-tv component button, power, timer button if necessary, power button, amp component, power, stb, power, and then press the component button you want to end up on

Volume button problem-If you learned the power command (I don’t know why you would have, but incorrect learning is the only thing I can think of), relearn and be sure to hold the button on the original remote down until the 3000 beeps. If your original remote permits you to rase or lower as long as the button is depressed, the 3000 should also do it.

Your question, and many others which may come up, will be answered somewhere in the following threads.

Thanks for the response.
I got the volume working correctly by using one of the generic kenwood codes, then re-programmed all the lcd buttons but left the volume alone. I was reading up on the volume problem that other members reported, but i just coul dnot figure it out.
Thanks for that battery post as well! I lost the memory from changing the batteries too quickly and just spent the last 4 hours programing my entire cinema.

Thank you again.
