Hi All,
The AV3000 beeps twice when I select preset->AMP. Does this mean I cannotuse component codes provided for my AMP?

No, it means you have learned one or more keys on the amp screen. Clear the learned commands and you will be able to change the preset code.
Commander off/muting
Set
Reset
Compo
Yes
After the beep, you can assign the new code

Hi Ron,
Thanks for your help! I found the information you gave me to perform the clear of the button after I read your post. I am always a day late and a dollar short. However, the manual for the AV3000 is not the easiest to read. It could be worse though.
