I am trying to change the function display of key label of an AV3000 as in page 23 of the manual. The way I have been trying it is
Commander off + Muting
Set
Learn
TV mode display
TV mode display + MAIN/SUB (I want to change MAIN/SUB to read INFO)
Each time the main/sub button is touched (or any of the buttons I have tried) it is supposed to change the name of that key, MAIN/SUB RETURN INFO DVD nothing happens what am I doing wrong?

You have to do the following after you press TV:
Press and hold the TV button in the upper right hand corner next to the power button (this is the step you are not doing)
Press the button repeatedly and it will cycle through the available choices
Release the button and it is ready for learning
