Is it easy to teach it codes via the learning eye?
Do you see these small dots on the screen like in the picture revied here?
In the semi-customisable soft buttons do you have options for lables like - Dolby Digital, DTS, Pro Logic........?
The info will be verry much apreciated

It is very easy to teach the 3000 from another remote. All you have to do is enter the Learn mode, press the button you want to teach to, and press the button from the other remote. After you have learned that command, you can just keep repeating the process until you are finished.

I didn’t see a picture, so I don’t know what you meant by small dots.

You can write anything you want to on the rectangular label buttons (up to 8 characters), but on the square buttons you can only choose from what is already there. See this thread [Link: remotecentral.com]

They will not be on the square buttons, but if these commands are on your original remote, you can learn them on the rectangular buttons and label them accordingly.
