Does the Sony AV2000T provides built-in codes for rotel hifi components? If not, can the AV2000T learn, especialy for volume control?

The 2000 is a learning remote, so it can certainly learn, including the volume control. Do you need a manual? If so, go here for the pdf file [Link: 129.33.22.12], or here for the review and codes [Link: remotecentral.com] Since these are for US models, there won't be any Rotel codes listed.

Rotel certainly is sold in the US... however the RM-AV2000[T] has a VERY small preprogrammed code list.
