I bought this remote a week ago and love it.
I know how to program macros into system keys, but my question is can I program a macro to a label key inside of a menu for a specific device? Like for example to the Video1 key of the TV.

No. You can make a micro-macro to these keys, though. See this thread [Link: remotecentral.com]
