Help!!! Can someone give me the code to program Motorola (charter digital cable) into my Sony RM-AV2100?? Thanks alot!!

If the AV2100 works like my VL900, you'll need to program the Cbl/sat button to be Cable. See "assigning other components to component select buttons" in your manual. See the thread Cable Box Troubles in the forum.
Also according to the forum, Motorola boxes are Jerrold General Instrument boxes. So try Jerrold codes as well as Tocom. (My Jerrold uses a remote made by Tocom.)
