I have an H/K AVR210 receiver and I'm trying to train my AV3000 to be able to speak to it correctly. The remote that came with the H/K has a power on AND power off button. The AV3000 has only one code in it's database for H/K receiver (4035). This code isn't the correct one for my 210 so only a few out of the 5 or 6 buttons that are programmed actually work -- unfortunately, the power button is one of the buttons that was NOT programmed correctly with the 4035 code.
Manually learning the power button seems to be a problem all in itself. As I understand it, you can only have one function per button. Since it appears as though the power on button and power off button on my 210 remote are two separate functions, there doesn't seem to be a way to get them to both work on the Power LCD button on my AV3000.
Has anyone come across anything like this? Any workaround?
I'm a newbie so please forgive me if I've asked something that's pretty simple. I've searched the forums for an answer but alot of the terms used are a little over my head and I'm still trying to learn the terms.
Thanks in advance.

You'll need to use two separate buttons, or why not store those codes on an "unused" device and create System Power macros with them?
