I've been wondering about ways of adding a backlight to my 900. Has anyone attempted such a thing?
Opening it up, it looks like there is some extra space at the bottom of the remote that perhaps a LED or some LEDs could be mounted, along with a battery (or wire it to use the four AA's). Or, perhaps some LEDs could be mounted just under the rubber bumper.
Do you think that an LED or some LEDs would light up the button membrane enough?
I was thinking of adding LED(s), a battery, and a switch (external at first, incase it didn't work).
What do you guys think?
