I might be mistaken but I thought I read a while back that the replaytv (3030) remote was actually one of those JP-1 or whatever type remotes in disguise. I'm going nuts trying to setup this new AV3000 with various discrete codes. A good friend of mine has a pocket pc that can use those pronto pro ccf and hex codes. we programmed the discrete on and off codes for the replay using it and it worked. But now I need to do the same for the dvd and vcr and its just a pain.
will it work? if so is it just a matter of setting up one of the component buttons on the remote and using the setup + code deal to generate the signal? thanks guys.
