Unfortunately the place where I bought it doesn't take returns. Believe me, I asked. There's a story behind it I'll tell to whomever buys it from me.

How about $35.00 plus the UPS cost to Nokomis FL (which should be about $7.00 std grd surface service for less than 1 lb to my area) for a total of $42.00. This is 60% of the price that I can buy it for at etronics.com of $63.00 plus $8.75 S&H. I was going to place my order today, but I will wait for your reply.
PS: I trust you did not change any of the "out of box" Sony componet codes as all my A/V stuff is Sony
except for using a 27" RCA ColorTract monitor 1991 vintage for my home theater.

No word from you regarding my offer to buy your Sony RM-VL1000, so I am going to order one from etronics.com tomorrow morning for $63.00 plus $7.00 S& H. Therefore; I withdraw my offer to buy yours for $42.00 and I am sorry we could not get together on this as I was sure we could of gotten together on a price less than the $63.00 retail that I will now be paying.
I really need to have it next week, so I had to make a decision in order to have it shipped before this weekend for use at the end of next week.
