Please help. I just got my new AV3000 today, and I need to learn a lot. My current problem is that both my SONY DVD player, model# DVP-5360 and my SONY CD player, model number CDP-C615 is not recognized by the remote...does anyone have the codes for them? I tried to do the "learning thing" but to no avail. Please help...
Thank yuo in advance

You can teach your remote using the remotes for your DVD and CD. Read pages 19 - 25 in the manual for more detailed instructions.

Thanks, but I tried and I kept getting "ns", meaning it did not work. The CD player may be too old to work, but the DVD player should.

Try going to another room to program it. When I was programming mine to work with the TV/VCR combo in the bedroom it kept getting the buttons wrong until I left the room and reprogrammed it.
