Sections 1,2,and 3 on page 23 of the users manual talks about how to change the function display of a key. From reading this section, one would believe that a label (i.e. display or guide) could be change to whatever the user would like. Am I all wet or is this just another one of Sony's screw ups. I spend about 2 hours talking with Sony's customer support today, just to find that they know very little about this product. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

Each of the "LCD buttons" has 3 or 4 different labels available. See the diagram on pg. 103 for the "full display", which shows the possible labels for each button. What's being described on pg. 23 is how to cycle among these possible labels. I agree -- it's very badly worded. Luckily, this BB is a great place to clear up some of the "Sony-speak" of the manual!
