people i've only had my remote for a few days and have become not a master but more of a mid level expert i know most of the remote but i am still learning but what i have found is that the remote looks intimidating by the size and the complexity of the manual really it is not a hard device to learn compaired to the other models it seems more user friendly. yes i know at first you are overwhelmed by all that manual jargen but you'll get it. i'd have to say if sony would have cut the manual down to about 20 pages and a better picural diagram on the tasks it would have made my life a little better.
