I love my AV2100, but I can't get it to learn my fan/light signal. Am I missing something? Or is the fan/light remote just a type the 2100 can't learn? Any thoughts?

It's possible your fan is IR, but most are RF. To test: if you can control it from another room (ie. non line-of-sight), it's RF and can't be controlled by *any* universal remote control.
