Please can anybody advise on how to programmme correct operation of Wharfedale 750 DVD as I am finding that it locks up after a few instructions?

Having gone through the motions of programming the DVD configuration for the basic controls e.g, power on/off, play, pause, stop the appropriate keys when depressed only control on an intermittent basis Subsequent depression of the same key or other keys in desperation can result in lockup. I am not experiencing the same problem with the digital amp (Yamaha RV596),Panasonic TV and VCR.
Do you know of anybody who has successfully controlled this DVD using this Sony remote?

Hi mike
have got exactly the same dvd and problem have found that if you press any button you don't want then the one you want it work have already had the first rmav2000 replace because I thought there was a fault taking this one back this week no good if it can't replace the dvd remote
