I have been reading up on both the 2000, and the 2100 - there are several improvements on the newer model which I welcome....... but according to the illustration on this site, there appears to be a lack of fastext buttons (green, red, blue and yellow).
Can anyone who owns the 2100 clarify this please.

You might want to look at the European RM-AV2100T (different button labels, though I don't know what they are).
